New Construction

A Site Permit is required for new construction, whether residential or commercial. 
A $30 fee is required with the site permit application. 
A $500 fee is required for new a sewer connection. 

The Site Permit Applicaiton for new residential construction will be forwarded to the Village's Building Inspector, Kevin Breit, who will inspect based on the Uniform Dwelling Code.

New commercial construction is governed by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce and will be inspected by the State Building Inspector.
