The Stratford Water & Electric Department provides water, electric, and sanitary sewer services to properties within the Village of Stratford.
Meters are read on or about the 20th of each month, with utility bills mailed on the first business day of the following month. The due date is 20 days after the mailing date.
- Payments can be made by mail or in person, or at Partners Bank in Stratford.
- Budget payment plans are available.
- An automatic payment option is available.
