The Village Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.  Meetings are held at the Municipal Building at 265 North 3rd Avenue and are open to the public.  Agendas are posted as required at the Municipal Building, Davel’s One Stop, and Stratford State Bank.  Special meetings are called when necessary. 

Committee meetings are held as follows: 
Public Works Committee                 
Last Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
(no meeting in December unless necessary)

Finance Committee                         
First Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. (as needed)

Public Safety Committee                
First Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. (as needed)

Plan Commission                           
Wednesday after the Village board meeting at 6:00 p.m. (as needed)

WATER & ELECTRIC COMMISSION
Paul Pankratz – Chairperson, Wes Manecke and Tim Schoenherr.

The Water & Electric Commission meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m.  Meetings are held at the Municipal Building at 265 North 3rd Avenue and are open to the public.  Agendas are posted at the Municipal Building, Davel’s One Stop, and Stratford State Bank.
